Hiya -
This is my fault for writing such sensitive code I guess!
You need to remove the Microsoft Windows carriage returns (^M) from the
end of the lines in your bvecs file and add a proper UNIX carriage return
at the end of your bvals file
Then everything works ok
as an aside. It looks like your x-dimension is defined opposite to the FSL
one - we use radiological coordinates by default, so left is right!! This
means that if your bvecs are defined in neurological coords, then you will
have to multiply the "x" elememnts by -1. On first inspection, it looks
like this is the case.
