Hi,
I guess the list cannot really solve this.
You need to know the bvecs + bvals for your sequence and convert the data into a multi-volume 4D-analyze file with, for example, the b0 volume coming first, then the volume with the first non-zero bval corresponding to the second bvecs entry, then the volume with the second non-zero bval corresponding to the third bvecs entry etc., for example. If you do have the uniformly scaled 3D volumes you can simply use avwmerge to create the 4D file. However, you need to find out the bvecs + bvals and perfom the conversion yourself. MRIcro comes with usefuls links on image conversions tools.
Hope this helps at least a bit.
Cheers-
Andreas

Thaks Tim for your quick reply.
The problem is that I don't know what I have to do . I have to have a
directory with the Bo and another one with the with b0 and the DWIs and
other with tthe only the DwIs. Where I have to out the information about
the gardient table? Or I don't have to inform that. I am sorry but I worked
with DTI before but I never used FSL or with analyze. I could't find these
informtion in the webpage.
Thanks a lot for your help
