Hi Don,
Problem is with your initial_highres to highres registration.
All the example_func to X registrations (except where X=initial_highres)
are generated by combining example_func2initial_highres with
initial_highres2highres.
So, have a look at this registration and see if other DOF or
pre-processing (bet, etc) can help.
