Because of the long TR, you can essentially treat each image as independent
and handle the data as if it were PET data. That is, turn off
pre-whitening and all forms of convolution, set an arbitrary TR to 1s and
use 3-column EV format to define your design, where the volume number is
simple the first number in the 3-column format. There are several previous
