Thanks for your reply.
In the website, you recommend Win XP, so I wonder if win2000 is acceptable
for FSL.
Also, I have a doubt if installing Cygwin would affect the system
performance for other conventional functions of Win XP/2000. My laptop is
1.3G 768M ram Win XP, and the lab desktop is 1.7G 512M Win2000. I wonder
if the hardware is enough for Cygwin and FSL.
