Yes there's been some confusion here too :)
Ok, the problem seems to be that I'm missing all my executables (feat, bet, flirt,etc). When I run
them from the FSL gui, I get a "cannot execute" error. When I do "which /fsl/bin/feat" I get
"command not found". Same for the others.
I just downloaded and installed the software again and I get the same problem. There should be a
lower case "feat", "flirt",etc in the /bin directory, right?
