Hi - what this means depends on the HRF model you've used. As described
briefly at http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/feat5/detail.html#tsplot for each
contrast, at the peak voxel, you get time series plots of all data
together over all repeats of the event, along with the partial and full
model fits, again averaged, which tells you about the HRF (depending on
what HRF convolution model you've used in FEAT).
