Hello again,
I suppose this is more of a bash question than an fsl question per
se, but perhaps you could help me. When I set FSLDIR and PATH
variables appropriately using a Terminal shell on my Mac OS S
10.3.3 Powermac G5, fsl runs for me no problem, however, when I
modify these environment variables in my .bash_profile (so as not
to have to modify them everytime I want to use fsl), I get "-bash:
fsl: command not found". If I echo the environment variables PATH
and FSLDIR, the correct values are displayed, so I know he
bash_profile is being read. In fact, if I copy the
lines directly from my bash_profile into the command line, fsl
works. Do you have any idea what the problem might be? Does
implementing a bash profile change any other variables that might
be pertinent?
Thanks for any tips,
Heather
