I'm not so much skeptical that there *is* such a
report, as I am skeptical that it says exactly
the things these articles report that it says. I
would like to see for example the passage in the
original where the author says "Britain will be
plunged into a Siberia-like climate in sixteen
years, by 2020." I doubt it.
