There is one called the BOOKMAN Speaking Chinese English Dictionary - B-1100
available from Franklin
http://www.franklin-uk.co.uk/index.cfm?fuseaction=MoreDetails&ItemID=78 .
It is not cheap £149.99 and I have not tested it but the buttons may not
suit someone with dexterity difficulties as they are small. Ian Smythe,
who often works in Hong Kong with students who have dyslexia also warned me
about the various different character alphabets and the standard of
vocabulary, so it may be advisable to ask Franklin if it can be purchased
on a trial basis - Iansyst offer a 30 day trial period and may be able to
source the dictionary. http://www.dyslexic.com.
