For clarity, are we saying that each person's ranking of each applicant
is entirely transparent to the applicant?
Even if the applicant then sees that one person has scored them 3/7
while everyone else gave them 5/7, how can they draw any conclusions
from that unless they know what each score was for the other applicants?
What if that judge consistently gave every other applicant 2/7?
I assume that the scores other applicants get is still confidential?
