Do you believe that any new legislation will be incorporated into the Data
Protection Act 1998?

to people who want a privacy law to be introduced in the United Kingdom. At
present no such law exists.

Thought: When a paparazzo takes a photograph(s) has he/she breached the
First principle (unfair obtaining) of personal data? Do we even need a
'new' law?
