1. courses in the Courses and Organisations tab are shown in
alphabetical course_name order. What you could do is prefix the
course_names of old courses with a character that would cause them to be
displayed at the end of the list. Something like '{0304} - ' or
'zzz - ':
SQL> UPDATE bb_bb60.course_main
SET course_name = 'zzz - ' || course_name
WHERE dtcreated < '01-Jul-04';
2. Not a solution, but you can probably work around it by clearing the
layout tables for that user (he would have to redo the changes though):
SQL> DELETE FROM bb_bb60.layout_module_group
WHERE layout_pk1 IN (
SELECT pk1
FROM bb_bb60.layout
WHERE users_pk1 IN (
SELECT pk1
FROM bb_bb60.users
WHERE user_id = 'XXX'));
SQL> DELETE FROM bb_bb60.module_layout
WHERE layout_pk1 IN (
SELECT pk1
FROM bb_bb60.layout
WHERE users_pk1 IN (
SELECT pk1
FROM bb_bb60.users
WHERE user_id = 'XXX'));
SQL> DELETE FROM bb_bb60.layout
WHERE users_pk1 IN (
SELECT pk1
FROM bb_bb60.users
WHERE user_id = 'XXX');
SQL> COMMIT;
(replace XXX by actual user_id).
