Kisco's archives pile up in her basement. There are newspaper
clippings, pictures and old records.
Now, Mount Kisco is giving Stewart, president of the Mount
Kisco Historical Society, back her basement.

Court records panel suggests privacy protections

It has been more than a year since a group of judges, attorneys and others began considering how the public
should be able to access court records in the years to come.
On Tuesday, the Committee on Privacy and Public Court Records finished its work - approving recommendations
that now go to the Utah Judicial Council.
The final report advised no dramatic departures from current rules governing what types of court records the
public can access, but did recommend new protections when it comes to personal identifiers, such as Social
Security numbers or financial information.
