We converted six Epson 2100 printers over to the Lyson system at the start
of the year. Since then life has been a nightmare! Things are fine at first,
and then after a week or so the black cartridge blocks up and does not
respond to cleaning. We replaced five printers that were declared a write
off, and the same thing happened within a week. Epson have been very
supportive, but Lyson tell us that we are unique and no one else has this
problem. Must be something in the water.
Has anyone else had this experience, and if so do you have an solution?
Please! Otherwise we have to switch back to Epson inks and charging students
for prints. Oh, and probably write off six more printers.
