I would say 'phonetically,' but that assumes the speaker grew up in a
limited linguistic area :)
How about 'shoo' as in 'Shoo fly, don't bother me,' or 'shoo' - go away.
plus 'heart' as in the main blood pump of a mammalian body. Together:
'Shoo-heart.' = Shewhart.
This should work in American English (what ever that might be :)
