Are you looking for a fresh challenge?
Do you have the skills and experience to influence and shape equality and
diversity policy in the UK's leading distance learning higher education
institution?
Would you like the opportunity to help develop good practice to enable the
University to achieve its strategic priorities?
Do you have at least 3 years proven experience of:
* working in policy development, implementation and
interpretation?
* monitoring and assessing achievement?
* management and effective communication of equality and
diversity processes and practices in a large organisation?
If so, you will be expected to:
* play a key role in supporting the implementation of the race
equality policy.
* provide professional support on a range of equality and
diversity initiatives.
