Sorry if you have already seen this elsewhere, this is a tag 2.1.6 for the
EDG apptb that includes only redhat security fixes, most notably the
kernel upgrade.
The upgrade is completly standard unless you have an exoctic, not that
I would call SCSI that exotic, hardware that requires and initrd.

By popular demand there is a new tag for the APPLICATION testbed. It
updates various RH7.3 to close security holes.
BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL WITH THIS UPGRADE! The updaterpms
does not run the post install script correctly in the new kernel rpms. If
you rely on an initrd file for the
boot, YOU MUST CREATE THIS BY HAND! If you forget, you'll
have to reinstall the machine after the next reboot. Don't forget.
