It is quite likely that the Convention Secretariat has been disbanded and
tracing down the original documents would be difficult, if not impossible.

I have a request pertaining to the format of EU documents. We are trying to
do a text analysis of the documents produced by an dsubmitted to the
European Convention by means of computer-based text analysis (using
primarily WordSmith and Atlas.Ti). The problem is that the documents on the
Convention website are in pdf. The programs we use require documents in word
or rtf format. Adobe as far as I know - at least in its present form - is
also very difficult to use.
Does anyone know whether the documents are available as rtf and/or word and
if so whom I should contact to get a hold of them?
With all best wishes for the holiday season.
