Hello,
I've now put a source code version of the release in the ftp directory
(ftp to www.bio.cam.ac.uk and go into pub/ccpnmr or go to
http://www.ccpn.ac.uk and go to the download page). I've put the original
binary release in an archive sub-directory although I think it is largely
irrelevant now. (The names of the tar files have not changed.)
Unfortunately I have not been able to update the website (the password to
the computer does not seem to work and I cannot get in touch with the
owner) so if you go via the website ignore the commentary, the tar files
are source code, not binaries.
I've included an installation script to help unpack and compile the code.
It requires that you have at least Python 1.5 on your computer (almost
certainly the case) in order to run the script. The script might fail
(e.g. it unpacks the gzipped tar files with "tar xvzf" rather than
"gunzip" and "tar xvf" and in theory your tar might not understand the "z"
option). If it fails then let me know and I'll advise how to proceed.
(There are detailed instructions in the installation notes of what to do
if the script fails but you might not need to go down that route.)
