Hello all,
would anyone (from .ac.uk) be interested in looking at the IMS drafts
below, and feeding back comments to Scott?

All,
There are two votes pending at IMS, so if I could have your feedback and
that of interested folk in your SIGs it'd be much appreciated...
1. General Web Service BASE DOCUMENT
This is the base document of the General Web Services group, and is really
intended as an internal working document for developing new specifications
that contain bindings for Web Services (SOAP,WSDL etc)
If you have a strong technical interest in this kind of technology, or have
some SOAP geeks in your SIG, than take a look. Otherwise I'm doing a
thorough read myself.
The voting for GWS ends 10th September.
2. Accessibility Profile CHARTER
This is the charter for new work on accessibility, and is the main vote I
need feedback for. I'd like to know if you think the scope and direction of
the charter are appropriate. Obviously this is an accessibility charter, so
its in Sharon's area, but it will also have impact on the operation of
metadata, content packaging, and QTI and will have to work in some fashion
with Enterprise and LIP, so everyone's feedback is welcome!
THE VOTING FOR THIS CHARTER ENDS ON THURSDAY 4TH SEPTEMBER!!!!
(Sorry about the short notice - I was offline most of last week what with
the SIG meetings etc.)
