No. I think educationLevel is too domain-specific. Audience is OK
because, although it came from the education domain, it doesn't
appear to be domain-specific.

So I assume if I have a collection 'Joe Bloggs collection' that
includes his stamp collection, I could have audience=philatelist

I think educationLevel whould be included within the application
profile for an application concerned with collections for educational
use such as a learning materials repository. Alternatively it could
be part of a more general 'educational collections domain'
application profile, but not in a general collections profile.
