E-government has the potential to be a major enabler in the adoption of good

use of AI techniques to support such functions.
Increasingly,
· Governments need provide relevant information in a format that is
both more accessible and more understandable.
· Governments need to ensure that their services are available 24

support a range of users.
· Governments need to broaden democracy by providing effective
techniques to deliver more open and transparent democratic decision-making
processes.
