As this is probably a more appropriate topic for this Forum and I don't believe (and I may not have been paying full attention) that this document has been discussed here, I thought I would propose it as a suitable topic for a wet Friday lunchtime.
I have some views as to how this affects the long-term future of County SMR/HERs. I have to say I am pretty pessimistic as to whether they will have a future at all in this brave new world. But I know from the FISH discussion others see it differently - perhaps there are also opportunities here. Any takers?
