That's very disappointing. Do you have any idea why? Maybe:
- many societies don't know about it;
- the conditions for qualifying are too stringent or are inappropriate;
- a reason I haven't thought of.

Perhaps someone could run a straw-poll by phoning a few secretaries and
asking why they didn't apply? You might find the responses helpful.
