Hello
Jason
The health service is payed for by the government partly and you can top up
privately with your insurance. But every body has equal access to the same
treaments etc. The Hospitals are modern and of a high standard. There are
only very few private Hospitals as there is no need for them

Hello Physio,
What's the latest on our professions' situation in the Netherlands?
Can someone explain to me the health system there, is medicine privatized or
government funded? Has the government rescinded on stopping insurance
reimbursement for physical therapy services?
I've got my fingers crossed and have said a few prayers for all of you who
practice in that country!
Best wishes,
Jason
