I expect that the TAG will endorse a version of RDDL [1], basically
XHTML with extractable RDF as a 'namespace document' when that
happens I'm going to proposed that this document:
http://dublincore.org/documents/dcmi-terms/
be converted into that format and that the the purl:
http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/title
should redirect to:
http://dublincore.org/documents/dcmi-terms/#title
However I'm _not_ proposeing this now -- I'm going to wait till the
TAG makes it's decision, after all they _might_ decide that
namespace documents shouldn't be human-readable after all :-)
