David (and 'All')
First suggestion from me (and some other BCS Map Curators' Group members)
for Hampshire would be Martin Norgate of Hampshire Museums service (I write
approximately) who was, incidentally, winner of the Alan Godfrey Award about
5 years ago.
For Ogilby I would suggest Dr Donald Hodson, husband of Yolande Hodson
(although there are reasons why he may not presently be prepared to do more
than act as an advisor).
I post these suggestions to all the list, as either or both above may not
know of this project otherwise; and others can come up with alternatives.

Subject: Ogilby's Hampshire
Dear all,
I have been contacted by Cat Synnot, Development Producer at Tern
Television,
regarding plans for a television series about British maps and map makers. I
think the
plan is that each programme will focus on a particular map and visit
locations as they
are now. For the pilot programme the producer is interested in Hampshire as
depicted
in John Ogilby's map and is looking for anyone with knowledge of Ogilby
and/or
Hampshire who may wish to contribute to the programme which, if accepted,
will be
broadcast by the BBC.
If anyone is interested then let me know off list and I'll pass on your
contact details to
Cat.
