Yes, that would be a fine URI to use, unless we wanted somthing like
the profile that the W3C home page links to:
<head profile="http://www.w3.org/2000/08/w3c-synd/#">
In which case we might want to end it with a # and have a sample
XSLT to generate RDF from the link and meta elements...
Also you can have multiple profiles, it takes a list [1].
However this is not an aspect of the proposed document that I can
really get hung up on...
