bottom protection by A+E staff, maybe thinking about Rowley's man who got
up and then went flop as his cord was damaged.
however very rarely correctly managed fro ma pre hospital providers point of
view ( if a crew did what A+E staff do with 'walk in' patients who require
spinal precautions complaints would be made and incident forms sent , but
such is life )
