As far as I know there are no changes to the information providers
in the current production release. However, the general situation
isn't disastrous with multiple queues, and plenty of sites are
doing that; once you have at least one job in a queue the ETT should
be non-zero. However, there are various situations which do cause
problems, e.g. if nodes are offline or if you have per-user quotas
so a given user can't run more jobs even if there are free slots.
