I don't think there's a lot of point in having such tiny quotas,
it would be better to remove support from these VOs completely.
We have no management of local disk space at the moment, so jobs
which need too much local space will just crash in some way, possibly
without much obvious sign of what went wrong. People submitting jobs are
likely to assume that they have at least a few tens of Mb for sandbox
files, so probably 1 Gb per VO is about the minimum reasonable level -
and not that expensive with current disk prices!
On a purely formal level, the Cambridge CE is publishing a
MinLocalDiskSpace value of 2048, i.e. 2 Gb *per job*. In practice I doubt
that any jobs are checking that because nearly every site has 2048 (the
rpm default), but there should still be some attempt to make it at least
approximately true!
