Philip,
The real problem with DIRKS is the resource intensiveness of it all. Access
to a DIRKS database would unquestionably ease the resource problem but a
generic version just isn't available - for which I roundly castigate the
developers of DIRKS. (I don't even have the resource to conduct a proper
audit)
Personally I would be very interested to see the DIRKS approach achieve a
higher profile in this country.
