Welcome Rudi. I can't stress enough how important and crucial it is to have
a good records program in place, before you embark on implementing an FOI
program. You have to have all of your records identified and your personal
records identified. Let's face it, you have to be able to find your records
in order to respond and be compliant under the Act. Very high level
suggestion for you. Cheers!

Subject: Hello folks
Hi folks
Just a quick note to say hello to all the other members who have been
tasked with RM activities. I felt isolated and lonely in this role...
until now !
Looking forward to learning and (hopefully) contributing to some
discussions on all aspects of the subject.
I am particularly interested, at this stage, in hearing how organisations
are preparing for FOI compliance in regards to RM, and what steps have been
taken to date.
Thanks
Rudi
