Initial reaction - In this country I'd be looking at Termination of
relationship + 6 years, using the Limitation Act 1980 as reason for so
doing. In terms of length of time this may or may not be correct across all
of the jurisdictions your message implies, but generally it would be the
establishment of any period of liability that would decide me.
