medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
Dear Lerned Listmembers,
i would ask your help in identification of a (Ps.-?) Augustine quotation. Petrus Pictaviensis says (in his lib. II sententiarum cap. XI, PL 211 col. 1026):
I checked on CD both PL and CETEDOC 5, so this
quotation is not an original Augustinian one, neither any similar text was found.
Could anyone suggest any possible source, parallel or whatever helpful?
