Good afternoon all. I feel a little bit of a fraud. I am DP Officer about
20% (and IT Consultant 80%) at Carlisle City Council, I have "special"
responsibility for FOI and am lead officer on a new group looking at Records
Management. So I am a bit new to all this! So I will spend most of the time
taking, and very little time contributing, I'm afraid. But hopefully we
should all be able to learn something!
There, that's me - really interesting. I feel quite cleansed.
