1 - Environmental Governance in Europe - An Ever Closer Ecological Union? by
Albert Weale et al. Published by Oxford University Press in August 2002 at
c UK pound 25 (paperback), 541 pages. The OUP website says:

annual from the American Chamber of Commerce in Belgium. c 385 pages,
priced at EUR 60.
