Apologies if this has been raised before but we are thinking of stopping our
hardcopy sub to the OJ and wanted to know if the Internet and CD versions
were just as acceptable as an 'official version'.
I note that on the Eur-Lex website it states in their disclaimer that only
EU legislation published in the paper editions can be deemed authentic.
However, on the CD versions (which look as if they replicate the Internet
version) it seems to contradict this by stating that the CD is 'an
electronic reproduction of the Official Journal as published on paper'.
I guess what I really need to know is if electronic versions of the OJ are
acceptable in Court?
many thanks for your help
