Pete,
   I found two versions on the GridPP website. Since it is a TB document
(TB-02) it was where it should be i.e. under Technical Board Documents
on the TB page. An older (?) version is also under Documents->GridPP
Documents->GridPP Oversight Committee Documents. I have now linked the
TB version from the Grid Testbed->Testbed Support->Testbed Rollout page.
   Beware that the document name has the version number in it and hence
if you ever replace it with another version you will have to update the
link in both places (TB and Rollout pages).
