I have my partner (and wife!) type and transcribe WHILE I listen. She's so much the better typer,
and I get so much more out of listening while not tasking.
I'm glad we're such a good team...the *rates* are hard to beat! ;-} rap.
ALSO: when I transcribe, I use my Lotus Via-Voice (voice-text software) and speak into the headset
what I hear as I listen from the earpiece. THIS beats MY typing skill... ;-} rap.
