I'm afraid this is not a real virus, but a hoax which has been doing the
rounds for at least a year. DON'T delete the JDBGMGR.EXE file, as it is
part of Windows (it debugs Java code which may be downloaded by websites,
if you want to know). Windows will work without it, but you should aim to
keep it.
