Andy,
I believe that Liddy is currently enroute to the US. We will
make every effort to have the meeting available on IRC. If you don't
mind I am forwarding your request to Charles Sheppard at NIST, the
agency that will be hosting the joint meeting. Hope you can join
us............................Katie

Liddy,
So will an IRC channel be set up ? I think this work is very
interesting and has considerable relevance to the accessibility
Meta-data work we are doing in CEN-ISSS so I'd like to participate if I
can. I have no budget either so IRC sounds like a good idea.
