hi,
i have got a problem in defining the high pass filter.
my experiment is a block design with 3 conditions.
every condition is presented twice.
but the problem is, that the length of the conditions is not the same!
(because of the remove of the first three volumes!!)
My design:
length in volumes
baseline : 6
control : 15
experimental : 40
baseline : 9
control : 15
experimental : 40
RT : 3 sec
in the spm manual is says: 2 times the experimental circle.
my problem is, that i don't know how to handle the difference in the
baseline !!
the question is, do i have to use the average of both (6+9/2=7.5) or
the longer one (9)?
high pass filter : (7.5 + 15 + 40) *3 *2 VS. high pass filter :
(9 + 15 + 40) *3 *2
thanks for your help
