Dear SPM'ers
I now have now been running a few batch analysis on our linux machines,
which seems to work fine. Even though it is stated at the SPM2b hompage
that the batch mode will not work on Mac OSX I was tempted to to try to
run one of the analysis on my Mac and wrote:
>> dbstop if error
>> spm_batch_ws
SPM2: spm_fMRI_design (v2.33) 15:13:55 - 27/02/2003
----------------------------------------------------------------
??? Error using ==> -
Matrix dimensions must agree.
Error in ==> /Applications/LocalMatlab/spm2b.1/spm_get_ons.m
On line 249 ==> sf = cumsum(ons -
off); % integrate
K>>
so I checked the dimensions of 'ons' and 'off' by typing whos
off 5633x1 260 double array (sparse)
ons 5568x1 260 double array (sparse)
As you can se 'ons' and 'off' did not have the same dimensionallity.
Is this what is to be expected, and has anybody found a workaround?
Best regards
