Andree's book can be obtained thru' your local library, I suspect! A quick
search of COPAC showed that there are copies in the libraries of the
universities of Cambridge, Leeds, Birmingham, and Glasgow. Other reference
libraries will also probably have e.g. Camborne School of Mines.
