Debbie and everyone else on the list
Just for your information you should NEVER send attachments to a mailing
list. Two reasons for this
1) All attachments are removed if you get the list as a digest. They're
probably removed for everyone
but I only get this list as a digest so can't confirm this.
2) This list probably goes to thousands of people, some of whom probably
have a slow connection or a mailbox that fills up easily. Sending everyone a
large attachment which they didn't ask for may cause problems for these
people.
The best thing to do is put your document on a web site and include a link
in your mail.
Failing that, ask people to email you individually and send them the
document on an individual basis.
Hope this helps, looking forward to seeing some infomation about the
meeting.
Best Wishes
Joe
