The same problem affected us intermittently at UWCM for a few days up
until yesterday. However, the choice of Web browser did not seem to
make any difference. We saw blank screens instead of PDFs with Netscape
Navigator, Internet Explorer and Opera when things were not working,
but at other times we got quick and easy down-loads with all three.
