Apologies if you already know about this one:
European Journal of Social Work - OUP title moved to Taylor & Francis for
2003.
Ingenta and OUP sites no longer have the electronic archive (vols. 1-5).
Taylor & Francis have not yet been able to load the archive owing to
technical problems but have the 2003 issue.
I'm not interested about where the fault lies - both publishers are doing
their best to resolve the issue. It's the general principle that we need to
resolve. Should there not be an agreement that one publisher cannot withdraw
its content until the other has managed to load it?
Alternatively, should we have a third party service that "baby-sits" all the
temporarily "lost" e-journal content that gets neglected in such domestic
disputes!
Regards
Nick
