Is anyone else aware of problems printing articles on Ingenta when using
Adobe 6 and IE6?
On selecting the Adobe print icon, the (Adobe) message 'The document
could not be printed' appears.
I have just been informed by ingenta that this is a general problem and
has been happening for a few months. They have informed the publishers.
We have only just noticed it here - presumably because the students have
just returned and most of our machines were upgraded in the summer.
Are you all aware? If so, what workarounds are you using?
Opening Adobe separately and then opening the article from there works
ok but is impractical here.
Thanks
Sandra
